Energizing smoothie

🎉 Last day of work before the week-end, if you need a little boost I offer you my energizing smoothie! It is as good when waking up as it is as an afternoon snack! 😋

1 individual portion

Ingredients

  • the juice of a lime
  • 2 tablespoons of coconut milk
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/4 teaspoon of matcha
  • 1/4 inch of ginger
  • 1 cup of pineapple
  • 1 cup of soy milk or any other plant-based milk

Preparation

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
