Ingredients
- the juice of a lime
- 2 tablespoons of coconut milk
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 banana
- 1/4 teaspoon of matcha
- 1/4 inch of ginger
- 1 cup of pineapple
- 1 cup of soy milk or any other plant-based milk
Preparation
- Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
